Rejected petition Companies Refund you money as fast as they take it

Bring into law the requirement that companies who take a payment from a consumer instantly must refund the payment at the same speed they take the payment.

Currently a company can take an instant payment but if you require a refund the consumer is out of pocket for two to three business days. How can this be fair? With faster payment banking available to all the business should refund your money instantly.
