Rejected petition Help a brilliant Teacher

My partner was failed, even though she was satisfactory through out her induction year.
She was given the wrong appeal information.
When she finally got the correct information G.T.C.E.
would not help.
Even her M.P. tried and he was ignored too.
Each body has been shown the same information and can see it was wrong but continue to ignore a brilliant teacher.
Her only crime was she was born black.
Otherwise there would never had been a problem.
