Petition Make it illegal to park within 50 metres of a school unless you are a resident

As a resident who lives within 20 metres of a school it astounds me just how near Parents HAVE to get to school. They will park anywhere and anyhow, blatantly ignoring all Highway Laws and blocking access.

In the last year we have had half a dozen "near misses" with small children and Parents who park within inches of the school gates. It is dangerous, disrespectful and unhealthy.
