Cambridgeshire County Council want to build 249 houses, citing 'windfall' legislation, on Estover Playing fields March claiming the fields are surplus.

They are green fields and not surplus but due to a lack of funding by CCC they have fallen into disrepair and are underused.

Housing development on Estover is strongly opposed by March town folk.
