Newham council are using the name Newham police to serve eviction notices on a disabled person

I have a friend who has been harassed by a leasehold for 5 years. They have floaded her property 5 times. made noise hamnering and throwing things on the floor at night. When my friend asked how long will you be making noise for the leaseholder said it will take as long as it needs to take that is when my friend threw water at him. The leaseholder wedged his foot in my friends door and grapped her my the throat. The leace holder is a man. Enforcement officer Marta Wasinska decided that my disabled friend should be evicted from her disabled flat that is alarmed up to protect her from falling.
