Rejected petition lower smear test's to age 16

I am wanting to fight for the wimon who can no longer
fight for the right for cervical cancer smear test's to
be lowered to the age of 16.

I want the goverment to listen to this petiton and take note their are too many young girl's not having a oppuninty to fight this diease as the treatment is not offered.

Please join the petition to lower the age limit of smear test.
