To guarantee the right of individuals to fly the Union Flag or the flag of St George, outside their place of residence. Days of flying the flag to be considered by Parliament. Suggestions being the national days of each country in the UK, days when national teams take part in international games and more importantly when family members are serving in Het Majesty's Armed Forces.
