To provide clinical and pastoral support for non convicted paedophiles who suffer from the condition and don't wish to offend. By not tackling the issue head on the uk encourages underground sex offending against children and provides no reform nor deterrence.
The public must learn the difference between a paedophile and a child sex offender.
