Car manufacturers too often make bulb replacement difficult or impossible for the average motorist to undertake, especially at the roadside. This means that a garage appointment may required to fix the lamp.
The Government should legislate to force manufacturers to make bulb replacement possible within 5 minutes at the roadside by motorists without having either to damage your hands or remove large parts of the car to access the lamps.
This would increase road safety and therefore make driving safer.
