It is totally unacceptable that young people are kept in Police cells because the NHS has a lack of facilities for those with mental health problems. At the same time we, the tax payers, provide the PM with 2 free houses. This petition requires thePM to give up one of those properties for use by the NHS until the bigger problem is fixed.
