Stop the process of changing the dialysis service to a non-specialised, no longer prescribed service. It should not be commissioned by CCGs but by NHS England, as currently. GPs are not experts in this field and should not be the ones responsible for it. This appears to be further fragmentation of an important service, making it easier to bid for in the future.
