Tighten up the rules for schools/councils issuing £60 fixed penalty non-attendance fines, to prevent parents receiving fines for a child that has been away from school for sickness.

Example: A child that has been off school for 2 days with a sickness bug that the school would not authorise because evidence wasn’t provided.
