Young people with disabilities are missing out on vital local authority care, access to health agencies and social care purely because they are "too young" to fit the criteria, yet many older people who are given this care and assistance without question are actually healthier than some of the younger people who are being denied.

You shouldn't have to be elderly to get cared for.
