Almost £1Bn from the Climate Action Fund Britain has generously donated to has been used to build coal fired electricity generation plant in Indonesia.

'Climate action' funding is therefore indistinguishable from overseas aid and should come from the overseas aid budget which has now been fixed at 0.7% of UK gdp by law.
