Petition change in law required for disabled spaces on public transport
More details
After today's legal position of public transport disabled person seating area not being enforceable "by law" but rely on "common decency" only, this petition is to lobby for an introduction and creation of a law with the UK courts (and therefore to be enforced and adhered by transport agencies) to create a legal position to strictly enforce the use of designated disabled spaces as first refusal to disabled users.
This petition closed early because of a General Election
