This petition calls for parents to be given a right to video and photograph their child at school concerts including but not limited to Christmas concerts. This will ensure that common sense prevails and that parents are able to creata treasured digital memories without falling foul of misplaced concerns by school that digital images in such a situation fall foul of data protection or child protection requirements.
