State Law state that;
3. Monsanto will immediately cease and desist from publishing or broadcasting any advertisements that represent, directly/by implication, that:
a) its glyphosate-containing pesticide products or any component thereof are safe, non-toxic, harmless or free from risk. Nothing in this subparagraph shall preclude Monsanto from making representations regarding the degree and type of risk associated with its pesticide products provided that Monsanto has evidence to substantiate the representations. Such substantiation, to be submitted, shall include the identification of the sorts of hazards (acute and/or chronic toxicity) and exposure (route, duration and magnitude) considered.
