In the light of the current unrest in London, and the wanton disregard by the minority for the safety and property of the majority and our forces of law and order, the Government should ammend all neccessary legislation and remove the UK from the European Courts jursidiction and restore corporal punishment e.g. Birching for adults and caning for juveniles.
