To re introduce national service for all 17yr old . both male and female.
If said individual isnt gainfully employed then national service should be an option.
To be used as a community based service, to aid where ever needed .
Paid a reasonable sum , which inturn will help unemployed figures and hopefully aid drug rehab etc
