Save the Middle Schools in Alnwick and Northumberland and stay 3 tier.
We believe that the 3 tier system works well in rural Northumberland as many first schools haven't the capacity to provide space and specialisms to Years 5 and 6. It will cost Northumberland much more money to convert first schools and add extra buildings to High School (not in PFI budget)
