Law of Succession - a childless spouse In Intestacy
Grant a Surviving lifetime childless spouse the right to inherit the whole estate.
blood syblings should be disallowed from making claims when there is a living spouse
“no person should precede a living lifetime spouse”
a spouse is by choice Parents are your heritage & special - blood siblings are your relatives
never involved with for over 38years & they can submitted claims.
It's not in keeping with the way we live our lives in the 21st Century, L.O.S-1964 is outdated,
I ask the Government to Grant the Surviving childless spouse the right to inherit the whole estate.& to deny blood siblings when there is a living spouse.
