Rejected petition Make cowboy building a criminal offence

We have recently been taken for thousands of pounds from a cowboy builder who constructed a garage for us. I find it disgusting that we do not have a case for this to be investigated by the police as its classed as a civil matter.

I believe this is theft and fraud so am hoping to raise enough awareness through this petition to have government assess this.
