I'm writing this petition to gain some sanity back in my life, which has recently been consumed by my addiction to searching e-petitions on the direct.gov.uk webiste. I know I'm not the only one!

We need to make searching through ridiculous and hilarious e-petitions less rewarding, or the country's productivity will start to decline rapidly, as everyone spends too much time posting too-good-to-be-true e-petitions on their facebook feeds.

Please help us all before it's too late!
