Change the family courts. Equal parental responsibility should mean equal custody.
If a child/children is not deemed at risk from either parent and it is possible. Equal parental responsibility should mean equal custody.
One parent should not be favoured over another.it is unfair to the parents and more importantly it's unfair on the child/children
