We, the signed, would like for a re-sentencing to take place in relation to Elsie the Rottweiler who was left to die in her owner's back garden in Sunderland, Tyne and Weir, it is quite clear that this was a pre-meditated crime and in this case we believe that the sentence passed on these 2 appalling creatures is not sufficient for the crime and the pain caused, unnecessarily to this dog.
