Public Interest Lawyers and Leigh Day & Co have tried to obtain unwarranted fees and generated huge unnecessary costs to the taxpayer through their groundless and cynical actions against the brave troops of the British Army. We demand that full costs be recovered from these companies as their actions were both disingenuous and wilfully contrary to the interests of justice.
