The results of the judicial review have regarded that the GDC consultation on the Annual Retention Fee was not legal.

Despite the profession asking for the GDC to review this , there was no dialogue or any heed paid to the profession's concerns.

We believe that in view of the result we ask that the The Dental Profession call for the immediate resignation or removal from office of the Chief Executive, Chair, and Council Members of the General Dental Council'
