Is it acceptable for the uk goverment to obtain money by deception

Is it not a criminal offence to obtain money by deception. ? So how do this goverment get away with it . Not to mention obtaining money with menace .

I want the goverment to stop doing this and become honest and transparent and not keep trying to take what ther not intitled to . If a company did this they would be investegated practice what you preach goverment . We can't trust a thing you do .
