Petition That all political parties be dissolved and a new government be formed where plans not parties rule

A new government is proposed to be formed where MP's are elected and parliament puts together various different plans for the country. The citizens then vote for which of these plans are put into action (EG: A Plan, B Plan, C Plan) And that the content of those proposed plans is what we are voting for. Also content of the plans can come from "the ideas of the people" that can be put to parliament and MP's and that it could also be possible for content of what will be in each plan to be voted for over the internet so MP's can see popular items and combine those policys and ideas with their own judgment to help formulate real voting power for the people combined with the expert skills of each areas "voted in" MP. This MP will be voted for on their own personal merit and not associated with any "party" or "class" or predjudices.
