All UK citizens or other nationals coming into the UK; who have taken part in IS (Islamic State) or other terrorist military action targeted against civilians:

a)To be arrested at the point of entry
b)To be charged under International War Crimes legislation
c) to be held in remand until brought to trial in the Hague for crimes against humanity, in line with existing International War Crimes legislation
d)The UK government to take this action; and to use its best endeavours to get EU member states to follow the same course of action, and wherever possible to encourage members of the UN to take the same action.
