The government continually allows payment to non tax payers - be they immigrants or layabouts.
They allow the payments and ensure a comfortable life for these people as they hope they will then vote them back in.
To stop this. Anyone who is not a working tax payer, should no longer have voting rights.
This way the tax payers and therefore contributors can control the country and start making our way of life better and fairer
