Petition Buses to pull into all bus lay-by on route.

When driving, many people get disheartened when a bus pulls out in front of them which leads to individuals breaking the highway code and racing to pass a bus and not allowing it to pull into the moving traffic. This would be alleviated if buses were enforced, by addition to the highway code, to pull over into bus lay-by regardless of person waiting to exit or enter the bus. Cars could then safely pass and the buss could rejoin the carriageway.
