Closed death by dangerous driving involving alochol/drugs should be murder charge

death caused by driver or drivers under the influence of alcohol and or drugs should be treated as murder and not the extremely lesser charge of death by dangerous driving which means the offender gets a minimal sentence in a soft prison for averages 18-24 months for the taking of a life.......................I want a review of all driving offenses and sentences so that the punishment reflects the crime
