Rejected petition British woman needs her husband to stay with her

A British woman aged 64 has been married for 18 + years to a American man has been told he has to return to America and his right to stay here has been rejected . The lady who is in bad health also been told to go live there as they cannot prove the marriage apart from giving there baggage certifcate and statements of bank account in joint name photos of years of memoriers what else do they need to be allowed to stay together she has no human rights in Britain yes that's right NONE but she is British born here her parents fought in world war 2 but she had no rights is this how we treat our British people !!
