Pay British A&E Doctors and Nurses more to attact them and retain them and give them better hours by employing more of them. They are fantastic people who work incredibly hard and we should reward them.
Please listen to the real issues. The main isssue is we cannot recruit staff! Ask yourselves why! Bad pay, terrible hours and lack of respect. Let's change how the public view doctors and nurses by giving them the respect they deserve.
