I want a bill to be drawen up by this petion to make every parking company, landowner with disabled parking on their land, all supermarkets, airport authories, transport companies and train operaters, shipping authoritys, food outlets.To make it a legal requirement that those who have on their property disabled parking that those disabled will be police and take strong action be it by a fine or serve notice that should repeated parking take place then they will be barred by that company serving this notice this will be to those people that park unlawfully in disabled bay and have no legal right to be in such bays
