Create a real democracy in allowing the public vote for the most important roles within Government.

Roles such as chancellor of the exchequer should be voted for by the public from a selection of professional, studied and knowledgable economists rather than a friend of the prime minister. The current system allows the vote with the choice of the less than 20 people to be our leader the majority of whom are not specialist in their fields such as education or economics. They then employ their Harrow school friend and rich peers to fill these roles.
