this can be a very hard life for the person especially if they have done nothing wrong and have lost a appeal.With a CIFAS entry it is very hard to even make a basic bank account or any means of finance and you are typically turned down or even in the internal fraud database e.g. if someone told a white lie on their CV

6 years is too long and is should be greatly cut down
