We, the honest, decent, tax-payers believe that the parents of these rioting, looting yobs are jointly, severally and equally responsible and liable for the behaviour of their offspring and want them to be punished and held accountable, both morally and financially, for their lack of parental responsibility and accountability because we refuse to foot the bill out of our taxes for their recklessness.
