WE have to pay for travel insurance and /or treatment when in foreign countries, so why do we let the whole world come here for free treatment - THe NHS needs money and making people other than british citizens pay for treatment will alleviate the pressure for money and beds in britian.

Why do we always have to think of others before ourselves who pay taxes for our services which all the world takes!
