Petition cervical cancer rule of 3

We want the Government (dept of health) to train GPs to have a Rule of 3. When a young woman presents symptoms of cervical cancer 3 times to their GP we want the GP to be trained to refer the patient to the appropriate Health specialist (gynaecologist) immediately.
Too many young women under the age of 25 are losing their lives to cervical cancer as routine smear tests are not available under this age.
