The high way agency will be set out to develop and design a new footbridge over the A63, Castle Street.
My brother, Ashley Forrester, an architect from Hull designed a eye catching bridge which i think will make the Hull Marina a more sociable, welcoming and easy to accses area. His ideas got page 3 in the Hull Daily Mail. Every one i have spoke to have said what a great design, so i thought as petition was the next step forward to make his dream a succses.
