Rejected petition Justice for James Keaney

On Thursday 29th of December 2005 baby L's mother reported baby L's father had sexually abused baby L back in October 2005. Baby L's mother reported this to her local doctor who contacted the police and Glasgow city council social work services after an investigation lasting till 26th of February 2006 it was established baby L's mother had made up the accusation in an attempt to stop contact with baby L and her father. Baby L's mother continued threw out the investigation to insist baby L was abused but never interacted with police or social work to put her concerns forward after the investigation baby L's mother continued to repeat her accusations in march 2006 baby L's father asked Glasgow city council social work to refer his daughter to the Scottish reporters office Bell street Glasgow. As he felt baby L's mother had committed an unlawful act against his daughter and to stop baby L's mother from continuing her lie's. Action needed is to investigate this case.
