A law should be enacted to criminalise the covering of the face in public.Exclusions could include face masks for welders,fireman,forestry workers,surgeons and motor cyclists while at work or riding their motorvehicles.
The expensive cctv network is worthless while people it is intended to capture are hiding their faces.Religious reasons are not an acceptable exemption.
