Why is it that if you reside in England you are penalised by not being able to have a buss pass at 60 yet if you live in Wales.Scotland or Northern island the qualifying age is still 60 and with no time restriction.You are able to use it anytime.
We are supposed to be one country called THE UNITED KINGDOM yet you cross an imaginary line and different rules apply.iT SHOULD BE THE SAME FOR ALL 60s and over thruout the UK.
