Currently, if an issue raised in a petition is the responsibility of one of the devolved parliaments in Northern Ireland or Wales, then it is rejected. This is an unfair flaw in the ePetition system and should be corrected by setting up a website like this for the Welsh and Northern Irish governments, just like the Scottish government has.
