Britannia has been featured on British coinage since roman times. It is an image that was seen throughout the world with the spread of the empire and has been an integral part of Britains heritage. It must rate as the most recognisable face of Britain and no other simble could represent Britain better than Britannia, so please put Britannia back where she belongs, on the coins of the United Kingdom.
