CRBs started of screening people who may abuse children working with children. Now they are used for anything and everything and you need one practically everyday and each agency or employer wants to do another one even though you had one done the day before. They are being used to safeguard employers not children or vulnerable people. Have CRBs stopped bad people working with vulnerable people? Winterbourne?
