I would like the government to spend money on promoting native food traditions from regions of England like Ongar ham cake,Plough puddling,,Baths buns ect

The train young people in taking special design degrees historic English cooking teaching about medieval book of cury, miss betton,other food from various periods stuart,tudor,Georgian times, anglo saxon, Victorian times.
