Any Government function which regularly leaves callers waiting for over 1 hour to discuss a problem created by that function displays a lack of staffing and coordination and is unfit for purpose.
Inland revenue has been stripped of experienced and knowledgeable staff and needs to be rebuilt from the bottom up with customer satisfaction as a priority.
